We've created a devilish dram this Halloween to celebrate the legend of Cù Bòcan.  The creepy cocktail is named after the first formal establishment date of the distillery in 1897.  This lightly peated potion packs a punch. 

Ingredients

40ml/1.5oz Cù Bòcan
20ml/ .75oz Lillet blanc
15ml/.5oz Pedro Ximenez sherry
5ml/.2oz Dry vermouth
Dash Angostura bitters
 

Method

In a mixing glass stir all the ingredients with cubed ice until the drink has been adequately chilled. Strain into a Coupe glass, and finish by spraying oils from an orange twist over the drink.
