Where can I buy Cú Bócan?

Cù Bòcan is available from specialist retailers worldwide, you can also purchase from our distillery visitor centre and online shop.

Where is Cú Bócan distilled in Scotland?

Cù Bòcan has been produced in small batches every winter at Tomatin Distillery since 2005.

Am I able to visit the distillery?

Yes! The Tomatin Distillery Visitor Centre is currently open Monday-Sunday, booking in advance for tours is mandatory; please email visitors@tomatin.com or call +44 01463 248 144 to book.

The Whisky I’m interested in is sold out?

Due to the limited edition nature of our whisky releases, once a Creation is sold out then it is most likely no longer available. However, a local stockist may still have it available, so we recommend looking at our stockist map.

Alternately please email marketing@cubocan.com with your zip code/post code and we will help find your local stockist.

Which countries do you ship to?

We’re currently able to ship our whisky to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada (Alberta), Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Guernsey, Iceland, India, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Korea (Republic Of / South), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malyasia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States Of America (x21 States).

How soon will I recieve my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days by courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking notification.

Depending on the delivery address you should receive your order in 2 to 5 days from dispatch, depending on your location. Orders outside the UK/EU should expect longer delivery timeframes.

If your based in the UK/EU and haven’t received your order after 5 working from your dispatch notice, please email our order support team at cubocan@mailmarkuk.com for assistance.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days by courier. Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order.

I noticed that I gave the wrong shipping address on checkout?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, but if you’ve not received a dispatch notice we may still be able to make amendments to the shipping info.

If you need to do this, contact our order support team as soon as possible at: cubocan@mailmarkuk.com

Once the item has shipped we have no way of recalling or changing the shipping destination.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

If your order has been sent within the UK/EU and you haven’t received your order after 5 working days from the dispatch notice, please email our order support team at cubocan@mailmarkuk.com.

For international orders, please allow 10 working days before contacting our team, as orders can sometimes be delayed due to custom checks.

Why was my order cancelled?

In rare cases we may have to cancel your order if the whisky you requested is out of stock. If this happens, we will always contact you beforehand to find a suitable alternative.

 

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

What happens if my order is damaged or it is missing items?

We work with our carrier partners to resolve any damaged or missing items at the time of delivery. Please report this issue to the courier who delivered your order. You may be required to provide photographic evidence, so please document the condition of the parcel and items upon arrival.

Once you have informed our courier partner, please email our support team at cubocan@mailmarkuk.com within 3 days to resolve any issues with your order. For damaged items we may also require photos or for the products to be returned.

I've requested a replacement whisky, but it's no longer in stock online?

If a replacement is no longer available online, please get in touch with our team to see whether any stock is in reserve. If we’re unable to find a replacement we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item only and any associated shipping costs.

I'd like to return an item I've ordered?

If you wish to return a product that is not faulty, please contact our orders support team at cubocan@mailmarkuk.com with details of your order within 7 days of delivery of the goods.

Any product returned must be within its original packaging, contain the relevant paperwork and be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost and risk of returning the product is your responsibility and a proof of delivery service must be used.
